Change Windows 7 Logon Screen

Let’s customize your windows 7 log on screen

Hi, friends today I am going to tell you that how to change your log on screen. You always like to change your log on screen. I it very easy and looking good for you. You can put your image or you can use your desire any image.

Let’s start process to change.

Go to Start.

Click on Run.

Type regedit press enter or click on ok.

Pop up appears like this.

Then click on HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE

Then go to Software

After that go to Microsoft.

Then Windows\Current Version

Then after Authentication\LogonUI\Background

After all in final step double click on  OEMBackground DWORD key

Set the value 1

Your image should be less than 256 kb

Choose your image which you like to set as your background
Go to Start > Run than C:\Windows\system32\oobe\info\backgrounds

Copy that image in

C:\Windows\system32\oobe\info\backgrounds

In there is no info folder than

You should create info folder and backgrounds as a sub folder

Rename your image as backgroundDefult.jpg

Then restart your computer/Laptot.

You can see magic. You will find your log on screen image has been changed.
