Churchill highlights the policy and end. The policy is to launch war against the enemy forced by using all the strength God has given to them. The aim is the victory. Victory at any cost. Churchill says that the war is to victory. Victory is difficult and long. Churchill connects victory with survival. If there is no victory there is no survival for the British Empire. British Empire will come to the dead end. That's the way he requests the nation and the people to become united.
