"The Poplar Field" is the ecology and Environment Poem. This poem is about a filling of loving nature. This Poem is written by William Cowper. He was born in England(1731-1800) He was not only poet. He was translator of Homer too. In this poem the poet say's the past of nature and the present of the nature. When the poet saw the poplars field in the second time twelve years after. The field farewell to the shade and listing the whispering sound to the cool colonnade. He was so sad when winds play no longer and sing in the leaves. When he look at Ouse river. He didn't saw a tree and peaceful condition and no further reflection of anu image. Now, the poet thinking about the twelve years past. When he look a poplar tree of his favorite field and the Ouse river where poplar grew but now the tree laid down in grass and the tree are made a seat that one lent me shad. When the blackbird ditty the poet was happy and charmed him, but now that bird are hide and don't resounds with his sweet flowing ditty song. The view of poplar field is poet fugitive years are all losing away and most soom lie as lowly. Without poplar the poet won't a torf on his breast and a stone on his head and grove shall arise in it's stead. It engage poet and muse on the perishing pleasure of man. The short lived in world. Which we enjoyments, we see and a still shorter date and die soon. The poet won't and love nature. He didn't want to live without nature and didn't want to cut down poplars with the end of human life and pleasure.
